Step 1: Start With The Skin(首先,保持肌肤与头发的湿润与弹性)Dry skin and hair are not sexy. Apply lotion morning, noon and night. Avoid hot showers; they will strip moisture from the skin and leave it looking thirsty. Wash your hair no more than every other day and use a leave-in or deep conditioner. Finally, don't lick your lips; instead create a sexy pout with lip balm or moisturizing lipstick. Try products with shea butter, olive or coconut moisture for ultimate moisture.Step 2: Sexy Secrets(衣着性感)Especially if you like to completely cover up in the cold months, wearing sexy underwear will make you feel sexy, no matter what you have on. So go for the red lace and rock it from the inside out.Step 3: Sun-kissed(享受阳光)Let's be honest here. Pale, goose bumpy skin is not sexy. Nothing's wrong with a little fake baking if done in moderation. And because tan lines aren't so sexy, make sure you take it all off.Step 4: Foxy Figure(保持完美身材)Your winter wardrobe doesn't have to be as bulky as Costco. Layering is good but keep it thin. Try a long-sleeve fine-knit top under a vest, and then add a cashmere cardigan and a cool, trendy coat. Don't be scared to add warm accessories. Scarves are a great addition to any outfit. High-heeled boots add to the sexy factor, as long as you can walk in them without looking like a catwalk disaster.Step 5: It's Go Time(出门前)Maintaining this look in winter isn't a walk in the park. Make sure you leave the house prepared. Hand cream will keep your feelers soft and touchable. Lip balm or chap stick is a must. Tissue can save you from an embarrassing runny nose and if you blow often, tinted moisturizer can be a good refresher and keep you from looking like Rudolph.Done. Remove yourself from the situation. Counting to 10 can buy time to defuse your temper.Step 2: Do something physical(让自己忙碌起来,出去走走,或者跑跑来缓解气氛)Take a brisk walk or go for a run to exhaust an angry impulse. Swim, dig in the garden – anything that may interfere with the rush of negative feelings.Step 3: Keep an anger log(将生气时,自己的想法写下来,这样可以帮助自己消气)Log your thoughts in writing when anger intrudes. Recording these moments limits the effects of your rage.Yoga and meditation can also temper the effects of rage.Step 4: Practice deep breathing(快生气时,深呼吸来调整自己的情绪)Correct patterns of thought through deep breathing, or visualize pleasant memories. Use a mantra or a private word that triggers a peaceful reflection. Listen to relaxing music.Therapists and anger management professionals are trained to help you defuse anger.Step 5: Practice expressing anger(试着将自己的愤怒情绪倾诉给第三方,来缓冲自己的愤怒)Practice expressing anger to a neutral party. This allows you to clear the air before exhibiting behavior you might regret.Carry small objects or pieces of paper with advice. These items can serve as cues to avoid sudden eruptions.Step 6: Use “I” statements(在表述自己的想法时,最好用“我”开头,这样不会冲到其他人)Think carefully before you speak. Use “I” statements, such as “I feel as if…,” so that you don’t offend someone by placing blame and escalating tensions.Step 7: Use humor(试着用幽默的方式来缓和尴尬的场面)Use humor to defuse friction. But be careful not to overestimate your charm.Step 8: Ask yourself what you want(问问自己你最想要的是什么,事后多想想,自己的方式,多加改进)Analyze what look, tone, speech, action – even breathing – you exhibited in anger. Return to the original situation and attempt a different approach.Stress from anger sparks electrical changes in the heart that can lead to heart attacks. Article/201007/108016Brilliant scientists and tiny overseas hands work eighteen-hour days to produce 5 devices that can make you even lazier than a stereotypical American! Step 1: Clapper Plus1.手拍No one ever told you about the dark side of this 80s#39; classic! Sore hands, blisters, overly-strong wrists… but now Clapper has brought you the Clapper Plus! You can use a remote control to do all the clapping work for you. Step 2: Moo Mixer2.混合器Lazies love lumping chocolate into everything, but milk mixing is mind-numbing, to say the most. Thanks to the Moo Mixer, chocolate milk is now merely a button away. You just pour in the milk and chocolate, then hit the button to stir. Step 3: Twirling Spaghetti Fork3. Tired of warping your wrist to wrap that spaghetti on your fork? You deserve a hands-free break. Pour the soda pop into the cup, place the tray on top, put your nuggets in there, then pop in a few bendy straws! You can chomp and chug all in one chunk-slurp motion! Thanks for watching The Top 5 Laziest Inventions谢谢收看本期“最适合懒人的发明”节目。 Article/201208/195776番禺看妇科医院

The world of violence and tragedy; and the world of glitz and globalisation. Syria, Iraq, Libya and, to a lesser extent, Egypt — have been engulfed by conflict. But Qatar, Abu Dhabi and Dubai have prospered as global hubs for travel, leisure, business and finance. The booming Gulf metropolises seemed untouched by the violence in the rest of the Middle East. They even profited indirectly, as safe havens in a region in turmoil. But the wall between the two Arab worlds is breaking down. Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt and the ed Arab Emirates (which includes Abu Dhabi and Dubai) have imposed a blockade on Qatar — claiming that the Qataris have been supporting jihadi movements across the region, and particularly in Syria and Libya. As a result, the illusion that the wealthy Gulf could remain uncontaminated by the wider conflicts in the Middle East has been shattered. The obvious question is whether the dazzling rise of the Gulf states could be followed by an equally dazzling fall. If that were to happen, the implications would be global. One of the reasons that the world has been able to look on with chilling indifference as Syria and Libya disintegrate is that neither country plays a major role in the world economy. But that is not true of the Gulf states. A security crisis there would be felt in boardrooms and finance ministries all over the world. Although they are tiny places — Qatar and the UAE have populations of 2.2m and 9.1m respectively — the Gulf states play an outsize role in the global economy. Qatar is the world’s largest exporter of liquefied natural gas. The Qatar Investment Authority holds large stakes in important western companies such as Volkswagen and Barclays — and has also invested its petrobillions in trophy assets around the world, including the Shard, London’s tallest building, and Harrods department store. The Qataris are also due to host the football World Cup in 2022. Dubai, meanwhile, has cleverly leveraged its proximity to Europe, South Asia, Africa and Russia to turn itself into the playground of the Middle East. The world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, stands in downtown Dubai and Emirates airline is one of the largest in the world. The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority controls assets of more than 0bn, which makes it the second-largest sovereign wealth fund in the world — and one of the world’s largest property owners. And then there is Saudi Arabia — the biggest and most powerful country in the region — whose status as the world’s largest oil producer has long underlined its significance to the global economy. It is hard to believe that the Gulf elites would risk their pleasantly privileged lives by plunging into conflict. But even before the Qatari crisis, tension has been rising in the region. The Saudi and Emirati complaint that the Qataris have been funding jihadis across the region has been echoed by western officials. But the argument that this dispute is solely about terrorism is undermined by the fact that the Saudis themselves have been notorious for exporting and promoting the Salafi ideology that underpins jihadi movements. The reality is that the Saudis have long resented Qatar’s successful efforts to strut the international stage as an independent actor — something symbolised by the country’s sponsorship of Al Jazeera, which has provided a platform for the Muslim Brotherhood, a group detested by the Saudis. Saudi Arabia also believes Qatar has got far too close to Iran. This fear of rising Iranian influence across the region has aly led the Saudis and the Emiratis to go to war in neighbouring Yemen — with grim consequences for the civilian population. One ironic consequence of the blockade of Qatar is that it could force the country to get closer to Iran. Under normal circumstances, the US would do its utmost to smooth over a dangerous dispute between its Gulf allies. But these are far from normal times in Washington. Donald Trump has taken the Saudi side in the dispute — indeed the US president may well have given the green light to the Saudi-led blockade, during his visit to the kingdom last month. By contrast, the State Department and the Pentagon are clearly trying to play a more neutral role, not least because Qatar is host to the largest American air base in the Middle East. Qatar has reason to be thankful for the large US military presence in the country. Were it not for that, the Qataris would be much more vulnerable to a Saudi-led military intervention. Even so, it is unclear whether the Saudis and Emiratis have a plausible endgame in mind, short of total capitulation by Qatar. If that is not achieved in short order, the risks of a military conflict will remain and the economic damage from the blockade will grow and contaminate the region. For residents and tourists in the Gulf, the wars in the Middle East have been taking place in flyover country — places that they can glance down at from thousands of feet, as they take their Emirates or Etihad flights to Europe or the US. But the Qatar crisis suggests that the days when the tragedies of the Middle East could be kept at a safe distance from the booming Gulf may be over. On Sept. 12, 2001, President George W.
